Each AdaptDx® tabletop purchase is supported by our training and implementation program. Our experienced Customer Success team partners with you from the moment you order a device.
Come training day, our PMC will conduct a live virtual session with you and your team; making sure everyone is comfortable and ready to put their new skills to good use. As your dedicated management consultant, our PMC will provide a quick review of resources available to you, such as the AMD Academy®.
Your PMC will reach out to you after your training to assess your practice needs for enhanced training and schedule your Enrichment Sessions.
We offer specialized training sessions that can be tailored to meet the needs of your practice. You’ll have the chance to work with our PMCs on a variety of virtual training courses that address AMD education, workflow integration of the AdaptDx, practice goal setting, marketing and social media resources, business analysis for your practice – and more.
